Program Description

Jeff Menchey, REALTOR® may send text messages to individuals who have provided their mobile phone number and consented to receive SMS communications. Messages may include property listings, market updates, appointment reminders, and other real estate-related information.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by providing your mobile phone number through our contact form and checking the consent box, or by texting a designated keyword to our number. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Jeff Menchey, REALTOR®.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
